Digital files arrive by email within 24 hours, so you can order right up to December 24. For prints, ornaments and bundles, order by December 12 for Christmas delivery in the US.

What kind of photo works best?

A clear, well-lit photo with your pet facing the camera. If it won't work, we'll ask for another before we start.
